Staying safe while watching this type of manipulation is most difficult. The EUR:USD has retraced 64 pips and the AUD:USD 74 pips and still climbing. The only thing I can figure is that the FED is buying the EUR and the AUD and perhaps other currencies right now. Seriously, who else would? Looking at Oanda's snapshot of retail positions doesn't warrant this reversal at all. Something is brewing and I am sure it is all part of Queen Draghi's show tomorrow.

Really it all makes sense if you think about it. Based on past performance it is really obvious that their goal has been to debase the dollar all along. It is imperative to them that they save the Euro because of what the experiment represents in moving towards a one world currency, I mean the Euro rather than Visa and Master card. By purchasing other currencies, without transparancy, they can kill two birds with one stone (brilliant).

On the H1, the AUD:USD and the EUR:USD have almost retraced 100% back to the point from which they dropped earlier today.

For those who care, the EUR:GBP just pierced up into support on the H4. I'm not going short as I am already short the AUD:USD and the EUR:USD.
