Dislikeddo you allow usa traders?Ignored
Dislikedis it possible to have demo accounts with 1:888 leverage? I could not see this in the 'open an account' metatrader 4 options. The highest leverage was 1:500.Ignored
Our IT Department will add an option to create a demo account with 1:888 in the near future. Meanwhile, you can send me a request with your demo account number and we will change its leverage to 1:888.
Dislikedhi andrey,i have a live acct with u guys but have yet to fund it cos i found out that your spreads for most pairs r wider than all my mt4 brokers, thus i dont see the needs to fund it yet, coorect me if i am wrong? i give u an examples,usd/chf ranges ard 2-3 pips on your mt4 platform but my other mt4 brokers only ranges fr 0.5-1.5 pips max, here i am taling abt major pair,i cant imagine if its on other exotic pairs.Ignored
Dislikedwhat is the catch trading with 888:1 leverage? Is it 1:888 or 888:1?Ignored
DislikedI have written a couple of mails requiring information about accounts. No reply. That for me is not a good sign. Any thoughts on service?Ignored
I am surprised to hear that you have not received replies to your emails because we always try to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours. I would like to apologize for that.
I kindly ask you to forward these emails to my personal mailbox. My email is [email protected]
Dislikedi think you need to check your form mailer for customer service. What you should have instead is more of a ticket system where the client either gets an email confirmation or validation that their request is received. Once someone sends support a message, it is a best guess as to whether or not it was actually received and assigned. A more proper ticket system eliminates this.
In addition, I got an email from a rebate provider that I subscribe to that has advised that there is a new 5 minute rule in effect for trades to qualify for rebates....Ignored
could you clarify a certain point,
for the most part of common brokers, 1 lot = 100 000, so a micro-lot 0.01 = 1000.
from your part you claim (for a micro-account) 1 lot = 1000, is it possible to trade 0,01 lot (=10) so nano-lot ?Ignored
Yes, you can trade with 0.01 (10 units) on a Micro Account. Contract sizes for a Micro Account are as follows:
1.0 lot - 1,000 units
0.1 lot - 100 units
0.01 lot - 10 units
Dislikedok, i'am going to give it a try, opening an account was a pain (login issue) but finally it's done. The feed seems to be an ECN one even with micro-account, the mark-up is a little high for my taste but we can find worse elsewhere.Ignored
DislikedThat's what I think about when I look at the spreads sometimes. We have to keep in the back of our minds that we must look at the whole trading package, not just "lowest spreads possible". I must admit, the customer service of Trading Point has been impressive.
Question: how long do your demo accounts last? (when do they expire?) I'm not sure if your demos are non-expiring and if so, how much minimum activity is required.
Or if a request must be made to make a demo non-expiring.Ignored
DislikedDear, XE Markets
I want to get Virtual Balance (Demo Account) USD1000 or USD500 only. Is possible??
If yes, How to change it?
