Is An Alarm Possible On This Indicator?

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to add an alarm to this indicator when the arrow shows up on the chart, but only after the current bar closes. I would like the alarm to continue to sound until someone comes to the computer. If it is possible to add an alarm, I would really appreciate it if someone could do that for me. If the arrow shows up on the current bar while it is still forming I do not want the alarm to sound, if the arrow is still showing after the bar closes and the new bar begins then I would like the alarm to sound. Also, if possible, I would like to be able to use this on any time frame with whatever settings I set under the input tab. Many thanks in advance!!!

Sorry not being of great use, because I cannot help you do that, but I can tell you right now that yes, it is possible to do such a thing.

Think it should do it.
Just move the rectangle to stop the alarm.

Thanks futurespec, the alarm is working. I really appreciate you adding this alarm for me. By the way, how did you come up with the rectangle thing? I have never seen or heard of a turn off switch like that. Very interesting. Thanks again!!! Great Work!!!!

Sorry but just noticed there was an error in the code that I put up.


ObjectSetText("mTrdTime", OBJPROP_COLOR, Lime);

should be: ObjectSet("mTrdTime", OBJPROP_COLOR, Lime);

ObjectSetText("mTrdTime", OBJPROP_COLOR, Red);

should be: ObjectSet("mTrdTime", OBJPROP_COLOR, Red);


Don't know how the 'Text' slipped in there. Won't harm anything just that rectangle colours will not change.

Futurespec, thanks for the update. I made the changes, hit compile, and reloaded the indicator onto the chart. Everything seems to be working fine. I appreciate all your work on this. Have a great trading day!!!!

For my own use I changed it slightly (attached) so that I can turn off the alert sounds which are annoying after a while.

(just remove the comment at the end if you do not want the numbers in the top left corner)
