I am also from India and using instaforex broker and deposit and withdraw via liberty reserve and selling it. Can anybody suggest is there any other good option than this and which broker we should use.

I also want to know if somebody can explain about yesterday's silver opening at almost zero and climbed 2700 pips in just one minute.

How about CFDs or Spread Betting? These aren't Foreign Exchange. Would the authorities have an issue with either of these?

SEBI does not allow betting. Thats for sure.

Online forex trading is illegal in india. Check this RBI link. Read carefully.

"It is clarified that any person resident in India collecting and effecting / remitting such payments directly /indirectly outside India would make himself/ herself liable to be proceeded against with for contravention of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999 besides being liable for violation of regulations relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms / Anti Money Laundering (AML) standards."

Note: Trading is banned on residents not citizens.
