Just my take on a reason to stay out of that trade - could you have considered the TDI cross to confirm. I see that the cross happened below the yellow midline. Is this a fair call or are CT trades different ? Only my thoughts so will wait for the teachers to comment.

Tell you honestly, I don't know how TDI works and I don't understand the movement of it. because most of times, my eyes is glue to Price Bar, SR and Type of Candles it produces one after another.

sorry I couldn't help you with TDI, but I did post somewhere in this thread about TDI. May be some other expert here can help on TDI.

Is this a newbie setup though? Isn't the PA too close/crossing the 200ema?

for your eyes...same thing happens even in 15min..but the pull back or reversal when the candles reach certain points are minimall...

whereas when the same thing happens on a weekly chart...its a super trend on the 15min TF....

this is how you analyse...with these little information......

continue from above trade on GU!!
as i've expected the price hit TP 2 area and now reached Fib pivot level and 200 EMA is at same level, so i'm looking for retracement to 10 and further downmove

I am going to focus on backtesting this week and review yours and L1's recent points ... also goign to get a trade journal, to record why i make the trades and what im checking / not checking ....

I have demo traded on 5 min but that was pretty fast - not a lot of time to think. How would 1 min go I wonder - we are with you LE1 - should be interesting. lol

I've been trading forex for years but I've never tried to master the 1 minute chart because of the chop. I'd love to see how you do it though.
