This is after the fact charts. I missed both these easy trades (see vertical dashed lines).

4h: nice downward sloped 10ema; price went up and touched it at 1.2277 and 1.2273 (second trade) before FOMC sent it fast into its downtrend continuation. Brown horizontal lines are from the day chart where price reversed in the past.

15m: Today price never made it to 1.2300 RN. I'm learning that when 4h 10ema and 15m 200ema stops price that's close enough to RN. First trade trigger was an evening star 3 candle pattern and second trade trigger was a hammer pattern that crossed the 15m 10ema. 20 pips tp easily hit fast. First trade occured at 0.786 fib and second at 0.618 fib. Fibs don't seem to help much with this method with so many other confirmations.

I've backtested trades where price never makes it to the RN but today it just didn't look right so passed. Hindsight it was perfect.

This is my take on the 4hr Aussie . All indications are for short trades tonite but I am worried about the RN just below. Also, I am a little confused as to what impact the 200 ema may have or is it too far away to worry about. Just trying to get a line on what is likely to happen tonight before zooming to 60min & 15min to look for possible trades. Cheers

Hey everybody

Just took 18 PIPS from LO on EUR / JPY.

Enclosed my analysis why I took the trade - I think all the Charts posted by LE1 and Assange the past few weeks helped me here a lot (THANKS FOR YOUR LESSONS).

Hope everything is so far correct

EDIT: In the PIC its not EMA10 its EMA200 of course.... (yellow typo...)

hello Binnie...Your HTF reason was perfect...however do not take it when it breaks the line for now...always look for the reversal candle and when it touches the 10ema shoot it...god bless

it hasnt failed mate...i have told you folks before always take the trades around the RN...thats when its valid...they are like magnetic points they REPEL and ATTRACT..it wont bounce from inbetween..it will always bounce from those areas...coz thats when lot of people will target and take profit..see that now..and every chart...every pair//

always take the trade around the RN RN RN RN RN....mate..that is very safe...see all my CT trades...99% i would have taken it around the RN only.....coz thats what these big guys target..few pips before the RN is fine...

Now see all the pairs...i mean GU and AU...watch them closely goochie...this is how you learn CTs....if you entry is on the RN...then you can aim for 15-20 pips...if its before that aim for 10-12 pips thats all...

Moreover..while doing CT...i dont enter my full lots in one go while doing CT...i split them into to 4 or 5 lots...to cover up the risk...try demoing...
