yes its shown on chart, the light colored rectangles.

in reference to your chart around may 2010 I see it as one zone, my other zone was feb 2012

yep, yep, gotcha... It was the upper Supply zone that I had split into two.... hehehe typical newbie mistake, I guess.

We have 3 options here. Wish I had LTF for where price is now, to see just how good Supply is here, as we've just had a breakout of a daily bufl, compressed as it us

Was only a heads up, time to put some alerts for a decent swing if possible. We can help each other spotting daily levels from time to time, it can be useful can't it?

IMO for any newbie or even an experienced trader who's starting to learn S&D or better as a method of attraction to learn it, there should be a list of S&D vs. S/R where he/she can have their aha moment.
