Script code question

I have a script for opening and closing trades and if used on the strategy tester it opens and closes trades on the live chart which is not something that I want to happen, does anyone here know of a way to program a script so that it will not function on the strategy tester but will work on a normal chart. I have had a play with the IsTesting() function but the script either works on everything or nothing.

Not sure that you can use scripts in strategy tester the tester is designed for EA's

Hello,need help concerning the EA.I want this to be added..

1)Maximum trades allowed.Default value could be any figure eg 50
2) If trades opened is up to Max trades allowed,then force all to close.

The way EA works is more trades are opened with bigger lot sizes to make up for loosing trades when market undergoes correction.It is good to have such condition all the time,but in practice ,it is not so.That is why the need for MAX trades and force to close when it is reached.
