You don't necessarily need a doji but heiken ashi dojis are nice setups. The stochs can cross higher but the lower the better in an uptrend. It's the smoothness of the heiken ashi pullback and the stoch cross combined that matters the most. No need to wait for the break, just enter on the close of the first heiken ashi candle that changes colour. When you trade depends on the timeframe and pair. For 4 hour and above you can trade anytime but for hourly or below you want active markets so Europe open to London open for all pairs and Asian session can be ok for Aud/Nzd and Jpy pairs. I think that answers everything?

I took a study about the system. Actually it can be improved for better result by apply the following conditions,

1. Open position only when volatility is increasing
2. Trade only the main trend of higher time frame
3. Open position at supply and demand zone

with the origin indicator
1. Heikin
2. Moving average
3. Stochastic

Seems like it might be a little on the H1. The stoch cross happened about a week ago.
Even though stoch cross happened abut a week ago, there were a really positive news for euro, bad news for japan (iran considering shutting down oil port and Japan is oil importing country) it was a merely a pullback to 100 sma... gotta keet it run for a little while spiderbro

I find a round number grid quite useful for marking every 50 pip level, watch how many times they act as s/r. Agree with the higher timeframe bit but not sure about the volume thing. Thanks for looking into it anyway.

H1 crossed but then I have this “wiggly” stochcrossings already high up on the M15, with several dojis suddnely lining up. All around the MA100 (pink).

Announces a big move or shaky times around the MA100 and better stay out?

It was showing signs of moving back up but the break down suggests a short. Not sure what pair it is and what the daily looks like? Looks like you called it right anyway. See if an hourly downtrend forms and you can add on.

trying to train my eyes on smooth crosses. This one (EUR/USD 1H) does not like a smooth cross by the book, right ?

Yes, the cross is too low and you don't want to sell just above the 100 sma. It might break down but it just as well might bounce up.

The signal is good! I like it, but interest rate deciseion gonna be announced in 45 min... you would't want to end up on wrong side...
