-- The overwhelm of first-time blues (margin call) triggered an ah-ha! experience in me, where I get much of my new patterns.


new use of Gann fan --
run-corner-divergence-condense

The extreme bend of the run corners to create a two-pronged grid, within which the divergence counters excess down energy to allow the grid and the condense overcooks the grid into a rebound with the remaining, up energy.
Price never recovers downward motion, only returning due to the grid to rebound and go upward seemingly forever.

After this,
I experienced a state of zero adrenaline - dopamine,
the resistance in me versus negative attitude thrust upon me,
producing high GABA in self to correspond with the maker's high and (shown)pattern-projected-into-self acetycholine (both below competancy level that divides ad-sero):



This resulted in an extraordinary loss of TWO margin calls - worth of loss,
which had only a minor new idea happen because of the extra predominance of the maker.
Ellipse combines two angles, instead of, more complicatedly, merges logr and midline.
This simple idea, however, returns to the whole recent idea of each type of area having specific use for each of LtCrM categories of patterns.

I'm at the next stage after you -- I know backwards and forwards all those patterns you list, and I use "in theory at least" different ways to pull all of them together (trendlines projected from the patterns; a series of trend angles; momentum, range, curve stuff). No luck here, either.

-- ex.: Anxiety runs with midlined env't that times confrontation with a lot of logr's in a row, one concept (to engage brain chemicals) per logr (to engage fight-or-flight). This ties down serotonin (objects, esp. concept each with acetycholinic crossing), acetycholine, and GABA (in the making of the engagement), and dopamine (in the maker of the engagement), leaving adrenaline to the experiencer of the row of logr encounters that the maker uses to overwhelm the experiencer while linking stimulus-response with desired interpretation patterns that each concept is defined with at that occurrence. The maker is UL-UR and dominates LL-LR, allowing in the experiencer both crude UL and concepts interpretation from UR to slowly build as a subtle counterweight due to shared space with the experiencer.
Anger replaces anxiety after the row of encounters, thus being adrenaline, the chemical form of logr and the result of conflicting concepts holding down the experiencer. This is where the maker gets results, longterm damage to the experiencer in terms of the given environs happening as a response to the stimulus of the row of logr's.

I am watching whole thread since last 5 hours but hardly understand a single technique you use The trades you post are way back some 3 years ago. and some of them use 600 pips stop..............what is the reason You keep posting .............Can you please ellaborate the Idea and simple technique of trading with chemo-electric patterns you called. Its over the head.....................hardly understand anything...........

Please dont mind if you trade m1 successfully then you can expect 5 to 20 pips in a trade two trades a day would be fantastic with accuracy. But please explain if there is any pdf file you have or any book then please post

If, given the reliability of reasons that one's method can procure is very high, changing post-entry the TP SL etc. is not viable. If the capability of following through on that reliability is both due to one's own reasoning skills and psychological make-up, then that -- again instead of the TP SL etc. -- must be adjusted. Only to at least partially avoid psychology and inherently limit the reliability of reasons through automation, can changing TP SL etc. post-reason entry be fitting.

Yeah, I know, you can define a c&h with TL's/s/r's.
When I say chart pattern, I mean pattern plus the line's angle or the multiple angles (using a calculus I believe) of a curve, that extend from the pattern. To me, the more (or more energetic) and earlier of price action that justifies a TL, the better.


You study candles, you said. I didn't see notes for them on a chart of yours that is interesting, and I did see a really neat s/r line you may find useful (since I'm on simulator); the upper two lines are likely of much less value, longterm:

I do find it interesting, your charts' "confluences". I've had trouble defining the start and end of a trendline, unless there's opposing angles -- especially a fade and then a sharp 90d move -- or the line's one of multiple lines in a pattern (fan, grid, etc.) They seem more like bounces off a line, to me.

Much of what I write is exploratory psychology.
The trading I do include is of chart patterns I find within the price action, candles of the 1' and occasionally other time frames. I usually give and briefly explain with chart examples any new chart patterns as I discover them for myself.
I also strive to organize these patterns and inspire within myself new ways to trade, from absorbing others' posts and deriving from my own education, trading experience, and various readings. This is what I find most difficult, to create underlying rules for how a chart operates. I would only base any money on this and my own sound psychology.

Good for you that you have found success in trading the VSA method. I can see the breadth of including volume is appropriate, but I have always had trouble -- as I see it now -- with not being able to see individual trades' sizes, much less that individual's reason for a trade.
There is a certain innate continuity of accuracy in regulated markets with volume, as in futures and stocks;
and, I have also seen this continuity with larger, and thus better mixes of trading methods within or more specific reasons (such as a news item) for larger, volumes in forex. By the way, I have also seen specific reasons (such as a news item) carry several currencies along the same, rather basic technical chart pattern. There's a trader here that calls such reasons "points" of time that the market jumps between instead of using regular time for its defining structure, and I understand that volume would join price and its pattern, the underlying reason of, say, a news item, and cross-correlation of currencies for how established that point in time is, to create a better picture.
That my own method is so loose and unforgivingly open to the vicissitudes of random behavior, is likely due to skipping study of these points (which do include forex volume). It is my hope, partially justified with the few rules and ruled patterns I have discovered thus far, that I may use only price, a readily available and low computer-draw set of information, to determine viable trades.


I've never had over a 175-pip stop loss, and my typical is a failsafe SL of about 100 and workable one of under 30.
My method runs counter to the typical opinion of the 1' time frame, that of scalping for 5-20 pips. I find it comfortable to make 100-pip TP's, although I have only rarely done so, instead in my practice having 15-50 - pip profits and losses.
Nevertheless, I am still deeply into demo, and so saying this money management practice does not in any way construe my overall trading approach is effective.

Okay, beginning to absorb that new TL and cycle idea.

Here's another slanted, which went perfectly with the 'power of 2' notion that hz-preferring ls2's also use -- which implies l.p.3's may also use them, tho I have more doubts on this because using repeated (vert) lines may dilute the echoing so power of 2 may work.
Also used a triangle (Gann fan, here), and properly compared it w/cycle pattern the slanted is.
(Yeah, 'booyah' -- Price hit EXACTLY and dramatically (well, relatively -- only a 24-pip gain) on the power of 2.)
A stack (a rectangle type, as I figure it) also was useful, as in-pointing angles that were supportive to when/where direction of the cycle would return.)
