At post #48 i did give good reviews to this broker yet i did mention that regulation is neccessary... any good that comes from any broker is void if there is no regulation from a reputed and proper regulator.In fact to a large extent this can be the only criteria for safety of funds,trustworthy and a serious broker.
These forums are the only way that traders can commnunicate this message to every broker thus bringing forex trading to a PROFESSIONAL level

I've got the bonus from Everest Forex in January and I have asked a few questions about the bonus to Sunbird and no one made references to the end of the promo or what I can trade... after awhile I've started to read things about the impossible withdrawal on this broker with this bonus. Today I had the information that my account which is around 2000usd (I took since january in trading) I cannot withdraw my money because the account expired 45 days after the opening. So I asked if that means my account is like a demo, and the lady from sunbird says yes.
Thank you very much Sunbird and Everest Forex for this so lovely bonus, make me put efforts on this account to do anything, I really start to like Sunbird but I see not only SUnbird or Everest Forex are good for new traders. This is my sadness about Sunbird!!!

When you trade a bonus account you need to read and fully understand the promo's terms. I have had the same problem ‎with other brokers that I got them by everest and after a while I understood that I need to play according rough rules. ‎Anyways, today I know that when I trade bonus accounts I need to play according to the rules otherwise they won't let me ‎withdrawal. Regarding sunbirdfx, I got the bonus as well. Gained $70 and withdrawal without any problems just because I ‎understood the terms…‎

I have a normal account with Sunbirdfx, now I asked to the support is they are a ECN broker, and told me they are with a minimum deposit of 500U$, anyone have experience with them as ECN broker? Is sunbirdfx a true ECN broker?

Sunbird is a great broker, yesterday I got payment 346$ from my free account. And I will keep continuing trading on Sunbird, and they have a very responsive customer service and very helpfull account manager.

I have been trading with SunbirdFX since June 2011 - this account was my first venture into forex and the account has never contained more than a few hundred USD.

During the first couple of years I made a few deposits of a couple of hundred USD, this was always easy and seamless.
I have not made any deposits or withdrawals for well over a year as my trading is now profitable and I wanted to grow the account.
Recently I went to update the card they have on file as it had expired.
Initially my intention was to increase the account.
The quality of communication I had with SunbirdFX has been utterly dreadful.
A mail containing bank details got ‘lost’.
Communications from their ‘Amir Brown’ were semi-literate and meaningless.
Numerous emails have gone completely unanswered.
Numerous emails were deleted without being read. (tracking requests were placed on these mails).
My requests for information are completely ignored.
I’m not sure if this company is incompetent or fraudulent, either way I have already opened accounts elsewhere and will not do any further business with them.
Go elsewhere, there is no need to use this company.
