I just started getting familiar with MT4 platform. I know it is possible in MT4 to set up your own scripts/routines, which allow you to perform different tasks.
The task, which I want to accomplish, is to extract each day some data from charts, i.e. let's say each day I want to read EUR/USD and EUR/YEN prices at 12:00am, from the previous day and at a present time. I want to extract those and later postprocess the data in Excel, i.e. diff=yesterday_price-today_price.
Can anyone please direct me to a good resource or send a sample script with this kind of information coded? I cannot figure out how to do it. I would like to run such a script each day.
