Took this Inside Bar 4H, trading off the low of the IB, not strictly as the method mentioned here - using 50 pips targets, worked for me

The yellow star indicates a Narrow Range Inside Bar of last 4 bars

Nice, 50 pip targets will get hit fairly easily good choice. I use 100 pips but around 50 pips I like to go to break even, with 2 lots I take one off. Thanks for the post.

For every 50 dollars I add to my account I add 1 lot, I have dropped so now I am back to 1 lot today was hell trading. The price action sucks right now.

started with 90 bucks on 6/7 I reached my peak this week around 160.

All just wanted to mention for my own personal trading and since my account is small i will leverage the inside bar itself for my triggers and stops always using 100 pips target, I have tested this style and it works as well. again the methods are out there just pick what you like. This should improve my RR since I only aim for 100 pips per trade, and it will allow me to get to 50 pips BE much faster. The MB method is still valid as well. I should also add if the MB is =< 5 percent of my capital for long and short combined I can still leverage it sometimes if the IB is too small i can be chopped so I will play with that idea. I am also studying add on and multi entry methods, but my account will need to grow so i can do this in real time.

weekly update? i haven't seen too many inside bars on the 4 hr this week.
