it's nice to see price nearing or reaching any major S/R levels... but let it be a guide not as entry or exit signal... wise to observe closely price action...

... just focus on major levels... but since you mentioned you've been scalping... i believe you know what you're doing

Exactly! I am only aware that something could happen. Not really the usual S/R levels though. More of an area where heavy buying or selling took place.
Could be 50 pips in width but there is a good chance that more buyers or sellers will come in again.

I'll mark up a chart today and try to explain better.

btw.. how do you display the "down triangles" and "circles" on your chart?

i only have "up triangles" and the "up triangles" just disappear when i close my trades.
