What timeframe is suitable for everyone trading supply and demand

You will find S/D even on m1, PA is the same on m1 m5 m15 m30 h1 h4 d1 etc.; obviously on the LTF there is MUCH MORE noise and PA is faster, so if you don't have confidence stay on the HTF.

Thanx guys it's a good thing that u can see sup dem everywhere my usual strategy is divergence of pivot points an reversal candlesticks but sometimes u have to wait for ages for a good divergence

check these two QMs, the 1st au I posted it yesterday in AG site (HL at engulfed supply) and the 2nd gold is a recent one (LH at engulfed demand)

would like to hear from you.

aniway, to me, my opinion - for what its worth a newbie opinion- , the level you marked is a a good one [related to the timeframe], especially the 1.25420zone [blu line on my chart], since you have in mind the we are in a sp zone [h4 timeframe].

Looks good to me. After you have gotten used to QMs, H&S, ect.. you may not see them as patterns any more.. you might just simply see them as pull back configurations. The pull back being the H/L or L/H on QM or the right shoulder of H&S. When price is reversing at the top/bottom it usually has to pull back because it is reacting to a level that opposes the reversal and consumes it. Then due to this reaction, price has to pull back to a level where the buyers and sellers will continue the turn. This is either an SR level or a SD level.

Unless of course you get a news spike like we did just now.

What was the news that caused that. The Spanish bond auction or the BOE decision. The China rate cut was this morning right?

There were some figs out regarding the UK but other than that I am not entirely sure. It is not regular price flow that is for certain.

Must have been the China rate cut to affect like that.

Having a hard time pinning the release down though, the spike was 12 mid day GMT.

loving this pair right now. rode it down, riding it back up. Added as price closing above key levels. A little speculative the last one but price is following this chart wonderfully so i'll take a punt. Pretty obvious where the sells are being considered again.

Yup, was a nice shoot down; i have closed my buy just on the high [was a convincing h1 swing failure pattern] but not have enough guts to take the short .
