The band on EMA50? it's just the levels on it. put +100 and -100 levels on EMA50..

I cant believe this thread has ground to such a halt already... This is one of the best, simplest, most potent strategy on this site so far as I have seen. It can be mellowed to anyone's style.

If you add this management, you should come out on top.
First trade, set TP - 500 pips for four digit broker.
Second trade tp - 400 pips and let the subsequent trade run.

Note: set stop loss to -50 when trade is +150, and set stop loss to breakeven when trade is +200pips, hope this help some few traders, backtest and see for yourself.

I really like your strategy because I am in love with MAs on higher time frames. What I suggest though, switch your chart from 4H to weekly and behold MEGAPIPS! I believe that MAs on a weekly is the holy grail everybody is searching for. I knew it existed! I never believed those conspiracy theorists who say that it didn't. Just put it on weekly and behold.

SELL:
Entries:PA close below of EMA 50 – 100 (below of lower band of channel), and
TMA Slope < -0.4, and
PA < Weekly Pivot, and
PA < Weekly Open, and
WOH 1.0 < 0, and
WOH 2x1 < 0

SL = Upper Band of Channel. At close of each candle you should move the SL to the upper band of the channel.

(*) When the PA touch again EMA50,
If PA is at least 80 pips below the entry price of the previous order, and
TMA Slope < -0.4, and
WOH 1.0 < 0, and
WOH 2x1 < 0
Open new SELL.
SL = Upper Band of Channel. At close of each candle you should move the SL to the upper band of the channel.

Repeat (*) until close the orders for exit conditions.

Exits:TMA Slope > -0.4, or
Stop Out

BUY:
Entries:PA close above of EMA 50 + 100 (above of upper band of channel), and
TMA Slope > 0.4, and
PA > Weekly Pivot, and
PA > Weekly Open, and
WOH 1.0 > 0, and

NOTE: In high volatility pairs is necessary to change the distance of each band of the channel at 200 and the distance for new orders to 160. (For example, XAUUSD).

Pairs: In all, preferred the more volatile, eg GBPNZD, EURNZD, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPJPY, GBPCHF, EURUSD, EURCAD, EURAUD, GBPUSD, EURJPY, AUDUSD.

You can select the the type of MA - simple, exp, smooth or linear?

Yes, this system is interresting when eur/jpy is trendind.
But not during ranging periods. So it needs something else to avoid ranges.

That 's why i'm working on another system.
I will tell you about it when all will be ready ...

I've traded a lot on this kind of MA type system... I think you are going to get fried when the market goes through a period of ranging.
