I was at computer during today's NFP. As I had seen the spread is as largest just in about 1 or 2 ticks at 10(?) pips.

Yeah, spread went up to 20.1 pips for a few ticks, see attached tick log for the minutes around the release.

I also rate it is not very great so far, I asked them for their ping address so I could ping their server but the wouldnt give it to me as they mention security? Seems like another avoidance, I will look elsewhere.

I also stopped using their demo offering after a day, terrible execution, their customer service deny any complaints. Next...

you can check ping internally, by right click on "Accounts" and select "Open New Account", then click next...

it will show the demo servers, and you can click on the "SCAN" button to see what the access time is to their demo servers.

then click "Cancel" to back out of "New Account" window.

I'm trading them for 2 weeks now, my experience is really very good. My stops are 12p (in 4 digits and 120 in 5 digits) and often my takes are 5-7 pips, trading profitably for now and they don't make any problems yet. I find them rather good (really love their spreads), if i'll further trade profitably we'll see how are there withdrawals.

Hi all,

I have been checking this thread and a lot of other threads on Armada markets mt4 and lmax and have a live account with them since past month or so, below is my review ......

They have fast response time like when you measure there servers response in EXTEST Forexpat it gives good fast result mine was around 200 - 249 ms , but as he month went by i noticed something very strange with them , their stoploss can slip by 6-7 pips , yes its 6-7 pips sometimes , in one month i have had 2-3 trades where stops slipped by about 7 pips, if i compare this with pepperstone they generally slip by 3-5 points ( a point is 1/10 of pip ) this is a huge drawback of armada mt4, this is forcing me to keep my equity low with them as they are not dependable . If the condition improves i will post again .

Can somebody confirm here whether this spike was there on LMAX original feed or it was only with armada mt4 ?

It was in the LMax feed being provided to Armada, nothing to do with Aramda they would not have refunded any trades executed on this spike because as far as Armada was concerned it was not an error

Please use an indicator to plot the spread on the chart for each M1 bar and record the spread to File.

The feed has common spikes in EURUSD spread from 3-18 pips in London Session ,

The spike are often the ASK price and not the bid therefore the Chart bars do not show the truth since MT4 charts are based on BID prices only.
