Do you drink much or go to gym and make some exercises or anything else?

On bad days I make sure to hit the gym:

Though, I'll often go for a jog or do a light workout on good days as well.

I do nothing different....losing is part of trading, you must treat losses the same way as any winner:just another trade, move on.

first of all OP, I think your mindset is wrong, and you need to change that.

There are no negative and positive trades, they are just trades and need to be viewed as such, whether they net a profit or not.

Do not associate emotions with trades. You must accept the fact that trading is a long-term business, and you will win trades and lose trades, but in the long term, if you stick to your system, rules, and control your emotions, you will do fine

I now expect my next trade to be a loser. I risk 0.5% per trade and look for risk:reward of 1:5. My trading results improved so much when I realised this. No emotions now when placing trades and when they lose, it doesn't bother me at all. I will try and learn something from every trade though.

Hi!

Agree with you, risk/reward ratio is key in keeping the trader positive. The emotion of fear is detrimental and a good method with a healthy risk reward ratio keeps the trader confident- and on their road to success.

Its one thing I try to work on. I tend to get nervous and fearful and hesitate after having losing trades even though from testing I know I should expect drawdowns sometimes.

Suffering from a loss in trading is part of the business. what we better realize quickly is that losses is supposed to be treated as business expenses rather than negatively profits, rather than its literally meaning as "a loss", or somewhat definitions as it is something out of our expectations.
Sure, losses are something we never want to, so we better not to take t frequently, however in order to not taking loss frequently is part of our earned beliefs, some believe that losses is a must in trading, some believe it is avoidable, some is between the two.

Also,by remembering that even large company established for years probably in a loss, but surely profitable in the long run..then we might find losses more acceptable. In other words, by setting our scope into the longer period mode gives us better view of losses.

Important that we better to have : a clear definition of losses, why we are taking them, the necessity of taking a loss, possibilities of not taking any of them, and the probability of its occurrence...before we are entering a trade.

After all, that was just theories, some may find it helpful, some may not, and of course there are always some between the two.

Make-sure-to-follow-the-rules. Alway remember that the-trend-is-your-friend.

when people have negative emotions about their losing trades, i think it's mainly because they don't know what they are doing, and by this I also mean they don't trust their trading system and don't know what to expect.
I truly believe that if you know your system by heart, have traded it for months on end (backtest and forward test), apply good solid risk and capital management, understand how the market works, then negative trades shouldn't affect you
