Which Broker is truly reliable?

As for me, each b.roker has their own risk. I do not know which one is really reliable. But if there is any b.roker which wants to win my trust, their connection quality is my first consideration; secondly, they should be regulated; then most important of all, the service quality and no trick on execute ANY of my orders (such as platform freeze, slippage, quote error/invalid... etc.)

No-Bouns on deposit, no other promotion tricks, just do as a b.roker should do, that is the most fundmental concern.

1. I didn't notice they hunt stops, for now
2. I withdrawal only to my bank account, one it took 3 days, once 4 days,
they says in they terms it can took 3-5 days
3. requotes during news, but that is normal

in my opinion all brokers are hunters and their prey is our money some of them hunt our money using legal instrument some of them are "poachers". I don't trade live yet but i'm thinking about opening one in oanda, because some of my friends are trading with them for a couple years and until now have no problem with them. I think that 500 usd will be enough for a start.

To be honest if you are using a regulated firm then they all are pretty much cut from the same cloth.

Yes it is a war between trader and broker but us as traders we are often trying to beat the broker by taking advantage of bad pricing , sniping and trying to achieve lightning fast execution using EAs where in the real market that would be impossible to do. Brokers are trying to fight against the trader to make sure the price given is a fair ( or sometimes fair ) reflection of the market at that time and decide whether to hedge or not hedge depending on their book.

To lead on to my first point ECNs, STPs, MM , DMA their roughly all the same as even if the ECN broker doesnt care whether you win or lose you can be sure that the liquidity provider does so they will also be looking to stop you taking advantage and making sure prices and fills are accurate.

In conclusion do your own research, keep an open mind and i would be more worried about money in your account going missing than the occasional bad fill so stick with a regulated firm

I am satisfy with OANDA and Interactive Brokers.

I rely on hotforex, they have got a good services and they also have one of the best support teams I have dealt with ! withdrawals are safe and have never had any troubles with them

Yeah, gret broker... Except they are sorta regulated in Mauritius. Wonder if they have internet in Mauritius?

I now trade using only pending orders. Since then I have not had a requote. i use Alpari Uk and GKFX UK. I unfairly cancelled many accounts when I used market orders and received requotes. I thought requotes was a trick. I was wrong and ignorant. Having said that I wont be drawn to bonuses or speak to the account managers about my trading as they are constantly fishing. Even suggesting trading strategies. So I learned to open an account and trade my strategy and fob off the friendly account manager. That way they cannot find out your style or sabotage it if thats their intention. Hope Im right about that lol.

You are right, trading with MM means that the broker has interest that you will lose. That is why you should trade only with ECN No-Dealing-Desk brokers and this will alow more objective trading and much better performance. My personal account is at Alpari and Sunbirdfx and I recommend these two ECN brokers.

Hi, there I was looking to open an account with Dukascopy, ATC brokers, FXCM or IC markets. Can someone help me with the best choice. I know ATC looks like they have very good reviews but the demo account does not work on my computer, it says no connection. I also know they are using FXCM to trade so then I can go straight to the source. Also I would like Duskacopy but they have a bridged MT4 platform and I dont know how it performes in real time. Any help appreciated.

There are many good brokers are other. What you really need to decide is what type of broker do you want, ECN, STP or Market Maker. Once you decide on the type of broker it is important to ensure the broker is fullly regualted, spreads, withdrawal time frame, deposit methods etc. Googling on the broker and reading various reviews may help you

best to try out funding, platform tests and withdrawing with a small amount of funds first. They all have different restrictions and limitations

I would go with MBTrading or Oanda, I found both are reliable.

100% true. I think MB really better than Oanda at this point.
