Was sleaping at that time, so i couldn't tell you. Had a couple of odd ones last week wich lasted a couple of minutes, one lasted 20 minutes.

Contacted live chat, and i did not get any other disconnections since then.

The reason to use Pepperstone is because they offer 400:1 leverage - without any restrictions! - combined with Integral liquidity.

For all other reasons like spread, customer service etc. you don't neccessarily have to choose Pepperstone. It's the margin requirements what separates them from all the other Brokers. No other Broker offers such good margin conditions.
Forex is a losers game.

I think pepperstone and armada markets offer the best trading conditions for small retailers...they sound almost too good to be true....no clear regulations mmhhh.....
for small fishes like us,they are good for hit and run....run when your account grows to more established ecn shops.

Hello fellow members, I would like to know if anyone of you here have experienced this scenario and whether it is a common occurrence with this broker or a one off.

I recently funded my MT4 Razor acc with Pepperstone. My base currency is supposed to be SGD and the amount that was transacted was USD.

I received an email from them a couple of days later stating there was a mistake on their part and that they had not converted the funds from USD to SGD.

They converted it into SGD from USD at a new exchange rate(1.2278) while on the day of my funding it was (1.27514).

Hi guys¡¡ i'm new in forex and i'm looking a decent broker to start. I see a lot of review from these broker and now i decide to open live account with them, however i've got a couple of questions about funding and withdrawl method. In the case that i fund my account via debit can i withdraw by bank wire? i mean, deposit initial and profit in only one transaction by wire transfer.

Thanks¡¡¡

i asked the same question. support said if the account is funded by credit card or any other means, you have to wait 60 days before you can withdraw by wire transfer.

there is no waiting time if you withdraw the same way you funded your account.
