There was an opportunity a bit later on to get in short at a Supply zone which unfortunately I missed. Turned out to be quite a runner.

There was another opportunity this morning to take a FTB long to a daily SR. This one would have needed to be managed pretty tight as we had a FLR not to far away for another potential FTB short which actually worked out too.

An AU trade I was looking to take yesterday but did not hit my entry during the hours I trade. Looks like I would have a bit of luck with the bad CPI coming out this morning, price would have come very close to my SL before moving into profit for a decent win.

Missed my order by a pip.

A trade I got into earlier today. Original SL was just above the blue box. Have taken some profit already and will see if we can get a bit more of a move on the rest.

Missed the entry at the actual supply zone marked as I stepped away from the pc for a few minutes but took a late entry after the 5 minute PA showing rejection of the level ..... have taken some profit off the table and the rest is pretty much BE.

Just missed my order on GU ..... since price has gone to hit my FLS I will prob be pulling the order.

Trade was based on a supply zone created from the mornings GDP announcement.

Hmmmm ..... starting to see a pattern here. Missed my entry by a couple of pips this morn on the SP500. Short at Supply Zone with fib confluence. Definitely a high probability trade in my book. Would have taken 2/3rds profit off already and left the rest to run.

Trading the lower timeframes has been keeping me very busy and as a result it has not always been easy to update my trades and progress here. Will try my best to update daily again from this week.

An update to the AUDUSD trade taken on the 24/04. As can be seen from the below screenshot the trade was not managed particularly well and I think my Final TP were far too optimistic. I should have been looking to either take profit at one of the 2 lower demand zones in grey or at least move my SL above each demand zone as it was broken and retested as resistance.

Profit/Loss: +0.63R

FTB to a supply zone and daily SR following the UK GDP data. Closed out 3/4 of trade permaturely due to irratic price action but price eventually went on to hit my original TP where I closed the last 1/4 for a small profit.

Lesson learned - stick to original trade plan!

Profit/Loss: +0.25R

FTB to a good daily SR. Based on the level I should have given some more room for the trade to play out. Took 2/3rd profit at the area marked in grey after price was hanging around. Last 1/3rd was closed at BE+ when price retraced to the level before moving down and hitting the original level I was targeting.

Lessons learned - once again sticking to my original plan would have resulted in a decent R winner. I think in the case of this trade it would have made sense to still take some profit off the table when price had stalled but I should have at least left the SL where it was on the rest of the trade to see if we could get more of a move from the level.

This was a trade I missed on Friday. USDCAD short at FTB to good SR level.

There were a couple of good opportunities on EURGBP this week of supply and demand zones. I am starting to trade these independently to my FTB to SR levels. Reduced risk for now but hoping to increase the risk once I have some decent states.

Was waiting for this supply zone last week and unfortunately price missed my order by 2 pips where it created the high for the day and had significant run there after.

EURUSD had a similar setup.

There were 2 more supply zones on AUDUSD which would have got you to at least the FTA. If you take only the really obvious zones you will have a very good win rate on these.

This one would have been borderline as to whether the SL would have been taken out based on the zone I draw, but as you can see price would have made it to at least the FLS which in this case was a demand zone.

The FTB to the silver last week worked out in the end despite coming close to the level and moving away 2 days before. Would have been in drawdown for a bit on this trade but in the end the FLS would have been hit.

CADJPY Short. This was a picture perfect Supply Zone in my opinion, unfortunately it hit during news (FOMC) last week which is why I opted not to take it, but thought it be worthwhile documenting here as its a great zone and exactly what we are looking for with these.

There weren't any decent FTB to SR levels for me to trade today so spent the day mostly working on my Supply / Demand Zone trading.

1st trade was GU where I entered at the compression into the supply zone after the BEOB on the 15min formed. Took some profit off the table at the FTA and my SL has been moved down to lock in some more.
