suma...assuming you using mt4....right click on chart you want to upload and select..'save as picture'
save as picture box will come up and click ;active chart as is'...then click ok.
then save to desktop or where ever.
type your reply then click on 'attachments'
click 'choose file' find your saved file on desktop ,select it and click 'open'
then in attachment box click 'upload'
chart should appear in your reply

not sure on that...never done it
try dragging your chart to different size before saving it

you can copy and paste it to a drawing software... if you're using microsoft... paint is enough...

open your chart... then

ctrl+prtscr .... then

open your drwaing software... in this case paint... (or microsoft word)... then

ctrl+v... then

you can utilize the 'edit' tools to cater your need... then

follow kimt advise... save it to your desktop... then open attachment...

then ...

what a shocker!!!!
