DislikedHello Ha-Pattern,
Interesting post here on addiction.
Re: food being addictive. For sure. I also wonder if some of the fast food recipes have something in them to keep people coming back for more. Will read through some of your other comments on the levels of addiction.

My ptm has dopamine, serotonin, GABA and acetycholine balanced, as per Braverman. It's just one model; I'm interested in the latter two's link w/food.
Here says fat for acet.
p1 dump:
2 conflicts (interest/spontaneous (un)pleasant),
4 chemical speeds (serotonin 'play',GABA 'group',acetycholine 'effort',dopamine 'run'),
7 limits number of chunks available in short-term memory
#D, where # is 1,2-3,lots, and D is 1,2,3,4,(inf.); see posts for ones I know about
how: voice/paper/(sub)conscious/gut/action, or whatever works to trace pattern
p1 dumpy:
(un)pleasant vs. magnitude of spontaneity / level of interest
7 chunks o'#D
a chemical speed
-------
'nuther:
magnitude of spontaneity (detail)
*
level of interest (projection):
=
(un)pleasant #D-chunkin' speed
