Going to close below 78.80,for me this chart is now broken,
i see it moving down to 78.00 and more than likely a lot lower,
76.00 looks like a good target,
Its been good posting here but its turned into some kind of
journal so i'm calling it a day,thanks for looking at my work.

Usdx is testing the lower i think soon it will broke the 79.00 level and push lower.I think it will go @78 for long term.

USD Index is currently forming a symmetrical triangle which indicates ranging. This also indicates EUR may be bullish for a short period.

That would not be possible unless the CB's were completely out and interest rates were beginning to rise across the board. Short term watch YTD HI/LO since the selloff and this continuation has been nice for buying bottom sselling top.

S$P Futures dipped below 1300 briefly sending Dollar higher, now looking at the Fibs if dollar closes at the highest hi in 5week we could take out this range and test 618retrace at 80.46

this is a cool thread now i can start posting corCeof between dollar and other currencies for high readings for better trend trades.

This is what I was thinking. The US rates pretty much have no where else to go, unless they go negative, but I don't think that will happen. Maybe price will hit 120 within a decade, maybe not.

Apple missed their earnings today. I forgot who else had earnings today. Anyone know?

It was AMZN. AAPL, GOOG, and AMZN have been hurting lately.

80.185 9/10 Open since then consolidation last night we pierced 80.375. ON the daily if we close below the 80.185 close it sets in motion continued range and maybe even some downward retrace(provided S&P recovers above 1400 and stays above)
If we close above that 618% is in focus.

Tapped YTD HI/LO 618% (80.46) As the markets are closed this could break through if we open up on Wednesday at these levels EUR AUD could continue to slide.

All this week we've been following that trend line down,
its no great surprise to have a bounce around here,
this looks so heavy to me.

We just broke out of the 618 lets see how we close on the week then from there next week if follow through comes in you will see some big commodity bashing (looks like gold already started the show) and some great CorCeof plays between currencies will be here once more.

I will post the corcoef best plays fr momentum moves but right now the dollar needs follow through and the reading are still to scrambled to really trade off of

Dollar Index vs EURUSD
The USD Index & EURUSD converging at M/T cross road again from diametrically opposite ends..
Scenario 1:
USD Index & EURUSD cross & continue on their merry ways..
ie. Euro ---> 1.27~1.25 continue ---> 1.20
Scenario 2:
USD Index & EURUSD cross, over-shot then reverse..
ie. Euro ---> 1.27~1.25 reverse ---> 1.35

Both scenario offers very good betting odds for muti-figure follow through PA..
