actually your analysis isnt that bad, problem is that we dont know whether you'd rather buy or sell and which areas you would take to place longs and shorts...

heads-up :

imho we are likely to break the low and drop further, upside pretty limited, see daily chart. as long as we dont cross and close significantly above 1.6000 we should go for 1.5700 area again.

Nothing offensive, but i dont like the layout of your charts, they confuse me....try to take it easier

But just looking through it and your charts are price equilibrium are totally confusing and i just dont see the point in them?......for a newbie that would be totally scary!

Hello,

I got maybe stupid question, but there is only chart and "nothing else matters" so there is M1 chart. On H4 chart was bear and then bull candle and in this place there was change of a trend (from DT to UT). I you could please tell me, where was made the decision on this chart.

Thanks for feedback.I am not sure about your charts as my analyzes was for dif.areas and time.I agree everyone has own understanding and reading style for charts so I am sure many people can be easily confused with my analyses.I didn't point my entries as that chart with all that analyses was too much busy anyway.I only hope all that I can see in real time and not after the fact)and plus right managing my trades.But love Michael homework which is great training be ready for battlefield.

the demand and supply charts should clarify how price behaves if we either increase/decrease demand or supply.

If we increase demand price is likely to go up. If we decrease supply we do have the very same scenario.

Vice versa if we decrease demand price is likely to drop. If we increase supply price is likely to drop as well.

We try to transfer this logic and very basic concept from economics to our charts and try to identify and rate the demand and supply levels to trade from these.

I might draw some more supply/demand charts tomorrow for you, but i guess it should be clear now....if not dont hesitate to ask me once more

I think the most confusing thing is in those first two diagrams you have illustrations of supply moving up and demand moving down. While i understand them and what your trying to say it is only because i understand supply and demand from previous trading.

I just think you could do without them all together as they are a little misleading especially since demand moves price up and supply down.....but if you look at your first two diagrams this is being contradicted.

yes, at the 2nd chart we inreased demand ---> price went up

anyway hope the charts are useful for you

Sorry mate i had you looking at the wrong charts/diagrams

I am talking about the diagrams on pages 15, 16 and 17

In those you have demand moving down (red arrows) and supply moving up (green arrows) Thats the part i think will confuse newbies as it confused me abit.

I dont think you really need any of that as you have already explained supply and demand so well previously in the document.
