DislikedWhat are the schools of thought for using the Sq9, Hexagon etc prices on currency values?
For example, if spot EU is at 1.3250, would you favour expressing the price on the Sq9 as simply midway between 32 and 33 (which I think I recall reading ILP using?), or 13250, or ive seen some strange broker feeds display it as 132.50??

maybe this means not a trend change but i think it's time to sell.Ignored
DislikedLast weeks targets were not quite met but at least we were right about the direction.
This week I am posting an hourly and daily chart.
The daily shows the forming of what in EW is referred to as a "double zigzag" the 2nd leg should have the same angle and range as the first leg, depicted by the yellow line.
The hourly shows a head and shoulder formation forming.
I see positive aspects forming but it is such a cluster now that at this point I am not looking at it.
There may be a retrace and the TL would have to hold.

DislikedWell, a number is a number and imagine the decimal point not being there.
So:
13350 = 1.3350 = 133.50 etc.Ignored
DislikedTwo separate MT4 accounts of mine have issues with Buma's Planetary SQ9 Indicator after update to build 418. The update seems to have created troubles for the platform interpreting the Indicator as part of the code now comes up as alerts and plotted SQ9 levels are not correct but straight lines only (both geo and helio).

DislikedHi W.D.Bayer
Perhaps you could share with me what value you use for currencies on the Sq9?
I asked what the consensus use on the Sq9, for say 1.3350. Does one simply zoom all the way out to 13350 on Sq9, or drop the 1. and use just the cents/decimal midway between 33 and 34 on Sq9 etc?
ILP offered 'a number is a number' which is a lovely quip but whether you use a hexagon, whether you count clockwise, whether you use only the cents or the full number without any decimal point will all give very different results.
Quite important I feel?...Ignored
DislikedIf you think its obviously SPY is 140 and CL is 106, what's not so obvious about currencies?Ignored
DislikedThanks for the feedback Osh.
140 is a simple round number, so not 'obvious' per se, but Im labouring under the assumption I'll use other round numbers on the Sq9.
What I keep asking is what do you knowledagble chaps use for such a small currency value, such as 1.3? A very small nominal figure, so how do you express that on the Sq9?
If losing the decimal completely and using 13300 its seems like it would require an enormous Sq. So is ILPs method of dropping the 1 and decimal point and just using cents the popular theory?
As no one has...Ignored
