FF's market tab is pretty nifty for seeing which sessions are open

Fortunately for me, I don't go into work until 10am ish. Since I'm in California (PST), the US markets open at 5am for me (8am EST). I can trade while both the US and London sessions are active, and get to watch the first couple of hours the NYSE is open as well, all before starting my work day.

Two good entries in quick sucession. First trade had 15pips stop took Profit at +35pips second trade still running but stop at BE

BTW: Can anyone tell me why my orders donīt show up in the Chart anymore?
I used to have dotted lines where I placed my Orders.

I use MT4.

Under properties and colors,

Volumes and stop levels corresponds to the colors on those lines

AHA, google is your friend:
"You can show/hide orders in the directory Tools>Options>Charts-Show Tradelevels."

Just moved my Stop to BE on this one. The entry was kinda dubious but I had to see if the Orders show again.

Here's a pin bar that's a no trade for me. Can you see why?

The MAs and BB are sideways, indicating that this little down trend might be over. Also, there's a pretty bullish looking DBLHC on M30
