In fact, no broker can guarantee stable server((( Even, GFT was down for several times.
As for EXNESS, it will be fair if they compensate all the lost funds to traders. By doing this they will maintain strong and long built reputation.))

They wont compensate you no matter how you tried to argue with them.
The live support cant do anything other than to ask you to re-send your email.

This is the email i received from the complaints department. No matter what explanation I gave them, this is the only response template they used. Good luck getting your money back when their server crashed!

Closing price was determined after precise analysis of tick history and server logs.

In contrast I want to say Tweezer that Exness making really transparent business and they compensate their fault to my friend when the server was down some days before. So please guys lets speak for ourselves not for everyone on this wonderful planet! and look deeper - may be it was your own mistake...

I'd be very wary of this broker. I believe they are not interested in helping you if you are constantly winning and trade with larger positions. Unless they have the balls to come here and address all the craps.

Still in the midst of finding a better broker that suits my strategy. Although we all know that brokers are always against you in the end. Someone needs to lose and its not gonna be them!
