If u have available margin , then this pair can be a good chance to BUY...and a pending SELL Stop shud be placed right belove the support area...

AUDJPY BUY :86,26 SL : 85,87 TP : 150-200 pips (0,16)
Pending SELL STOP . 85,87 SL : 86,72 TP : 150-200 pips (0,32)

The support did its job well and did not let the price pass through itself.And as expected the price bounced upwards , but this time it encountered the resistence line...and respected that line too ! So its time for gold to decide its direction...i will also join the bears when they achieve to break the yellow support area...time will show

I already had a BUY order at this pair...the trend direction is UP...and the support area is still valid...So it might be a good thing to add an extra BUY order targeting 200-300 pips...SL : 0,9036

Gold seems to be tired right below the resistence area...so its a nice opportunity to hit its head with a BEARISH hammer

Bears have set a trap on the way of bulls...so it will not be easy for the bulls to pass through this place between 3288-3343...if a bearish trend starts here it might fall down at 3128 at once...so a small SELL order shud be placed here...and SL shud be 3343...

Thanks for the participation....What i discovered up to now is : trading is a work of hard study and high discipline...and i am not good at discipline thing.And you trade in weekly charts as i see , and the avrage trade time shud be around 1-2 months...isnt it ? I wud never wait that long , and i really admire those who are disciplined enough to wait for a few months...

I mostly use H4 or daily charts (definitely D1 charts in gold and silver) and target around 100-150 pips...and I always keep the default zigzag indicator on my charts , they help me to see the support and resistence clearly.so ı think thats another simialrt between you and me...

Well...i closed all the profits...i was planning to gett more of this week , but i shud feel thankful for the little amount too...

Now i have only AUDUSD and GBPUSD positions in progress...and it seems that GBPUSD is especially on a strong support zone...which might have the ability to "throw" the price upwards...and if its broken then the journey towards deeper levels become wilder !

Time will show..

EURUSD seems to be on its way to 2950s...but for now it is right above the bullish trap which might cause a little bounce up...probbaly at %50 of the downtrend which started at 3280s....so now i am targeting something like 50pips..and my pending SELl order at 3070 is still valid with its doubled volume..

GBPUSD has broken the support level which was a trigger for my SELL order...and i have a pending BUY order right above the resistence area (old support)...actually that support area is really strong...GBPUSD have been bouncing from the same support level for the last a few weeks...so it gives us a backup idea that the support is strong enough to be the beginning of strong trends...so plan A is to bounce and plan B is to break the support...for now i have a SELL order in this pair...and a pending BUY order right above the resşistence...

Time will show..

h4 entered but based on w1 .... I move the SL until the market take me

This week ended in a dramatic way which i didnt expect...i mean it was under its potential..EURUSD and USDCHF made me spend lots of time.But on the other side they gave profits at satisfying amounts...

Wat i learned this week are :

- I shud never step away from the rules of my money menagement plan.Otherwise the continuence in the profit will stop and my success will be demaged..
- I shud be careful about the timeframes . Bigger timeframes need bigger SL amounts , which is not a good thing for the small investors like me.So I shud mostly do my analysis on H4 timeframe.But daily charts for the metals..
- There is no need for fear as long as i obey the rules of my strategy
- [A good strategy] = [A system for entry and exit]+[Strict money menagement rules]

Anyway...i ll keep writing such reports at the end of every week.Here is the graph of my 30 day old demo account ..

Well, it is a great results of your demo account. Do you trade also live account?

I am a student at the moment...so its almost impossible for me to provide a good capital for my account...and I will graduate this year.So I will do this thing as a full time job when i graduate .For now I will keep practising in demo account in order to see my mistakes.For now i know that i am bad at discipline thing and i shud improve myself about it....That demo account is in the 3112th rank in zulutrade rank...still not good enough..

But I have positive thinsg too...at least i have my original entry/exit strategy and i can filter my false orders with channels or pitchforks...and martingale really increases the profitability of the strategy...

After fulfilling all these things then yes i ll apply the same strategy in my live account..but i dont think i ll have a deposit more than 1500-2000 thousand...it will be difficult :S

I also still have much to learn. I've been looking charts for 2 years now.... but somehow i still get burned down. I usually trade Asian indices futures like Hangseng , kospi , nikkei. I live in Asia so .... those 3 are my commonly trade objects. I become a silent reader in this site for long time too. I rarely post. But today I watch your thread , that is so amuse me somehow. You put your demo real time , so that I also can track your equity improvement. I hope that we can learn together.

For some reasons that is so difficult for me to find any Asian indices futures forum to talk and learn together. So , oftenly I learn charts from forex. I take some indicators and templates and people's forex trading system too. Then .... put it into a demo and run.

The problem that I oftenly have is when we put system on demo (manually trade) and we get average winning profits. Then we put the same system into the real live account. Very Often they tell different. Maybe because of different data or different server ? I don't really know. Maybe some people in this thread also feel the same ? For example If the system is a channel system ..... it would be sometimes completely differ between the demo channel and the live channel line. Sometimes they just fine with a very little differences.

I love your "Energy Point" . By the same time .... right now I am still testing my system that is channel intersection. I try to put 2 -3 time frames price channel and then look for the intersection point between them. I will then put that price intersection point for my support or resistance. I combine with others 'trial' indicator to make filter and comfirm to take action.

Hi selym and all below is eurjpy on weekly chart i dont know if do trade longer time frame the trendline was broken pull back this week it closed outside the trendline a potential uptrend scenario what do you guys think i have it on daily but more clearer on weekly by the way well done selym i will post more of my next week setup then we all look at it together for happy pips next week. Pls feel free to comment on any chart i posted to learn together means achieved good together

As i told above it seems to be a BUY signal with the trendline breakout , but in such situations u shud never forget that the price somehow will try to return to its previous trend...the changes in the trend will never be comfortabally...it will include pain / waves ....so u shud somehow adjust a logical SL amount which will also fit ur money menagement rules.You will never lose as long as you obey the logical money menagement rules and ur system...thats my idea ...

I ll also add two pictures...u can combine all of them at once...and if i were you , if i were trading in weekly charts...i also wud jump in the BUY order with a SL right ynder the green support zone...here are the pics :

I have been in this forex thing for 3-4 years...i also tried hundreds of "systems" and strategies with "unbelievable profitabble indicators" ...i hope u get the irony....drawing is the most powerful strategy in forex market , and futures too and etc...yes maybe there are amazing indicators too which are not yet releaseed to ordinary people like us...so instead of being in search for an amazing indicator or a system that we will find on internet...we shud create our own system and strategy which fits the amount of our capital and our characteristics...there are lots of things that can be told about it...

The understanding of energy point does not belong to me.It is something which i learnt in catallins topic about the andrews pitchforks.Pitchforks really taught me lots of things and helped me to understand that the market does not move in chaos..and obeys some secret rules of GEOMETRIC HARMONY...and physic laws also work in this market...so the trends can be detected by the help of geometry and physics.And Newtons theory of "For every action , there is a reaction" is really dominant in the market...and pitchforks are really based on this theory and teach us lots of things...so i ll never stop using them...(I suggest everyone to look at that thread)

The results of my demo account.....yes they are really good , but we shudnt forget that its only "demo" which is free of stress....stress is the worst thing while u are trading...and discipline is the only weapon agains stress...if u are disciplined about ur strategy then u will have no more stress..because u will be aware of wat u are doing...so its the golden rule to be disciplined !!!!!

First of all , EURUSD has fulfilled its role last week and closed the week right above a decision area in H4 timeframe....so its our turn to place our pending orders and watch wat the price will be doing in the resof of the week..Basicly i have a prediction that the price will go to deeper levels ...this predicition is based on weekly chart which shows 1,16 as the target.So i make my preperations mostly in accordance to bearish scenarios...

As i told above the price has just stopped above a decision area where it may bounce a little up to the channel line and then turn its direction downwards with a high momentum movement and break the decision area and start its journey to 1,2950...So here are the positions :

EURUSD BUY (1x volume): 1,3121 SL : 1,3070 TP : 1,3163
EURUSD SELL STOP (2 x volume) : 1,3070 SL : 1,3128 TP : 1,2950
EURUSD SELL LIMIT (1x volume) : 1,3163 SL . 1,3317 TP : 1,3128
EURUSD BUY STOP (2 x volume) : 1,3317 SL : 1,3263 TP : 1,3500

The number of the resistences on its way will offer gold three choices :

a) It will consolidate under each resistence and save energy and break the resistences one by one
b) It will just consolidate for a long time until everybody sick and tired of it and then bounce up at once and break all of the resistences at once
c) It will lose its strength at every resistence and finally will be beaten by the bears and start a downtrend

I have placed my pending BUY order at 1718 targeting 1748 for this week..later i will just stay out of the gold market and watch the prices.And i will place my pending monster BUY order at 1814 targeting 1907 which will not last long (i guess)...
