closed 50% at 1.3230:+50 pips
other 50% is at SL:1.3225 atm, with 25 pts trailing so worst case scenario close at 25. if we reach 80 sl will be adjusted to 3250.

i wont be able to put a short coz running but short has the best R;R now

No reentries mate, Conference should create a volatility. If u ask me would like to short it close to 3280 if we get there at the break of 3260

My rules are

-Never do pending orders

-resistances and supports that I have should be respected. If they are not, I stay out

-trade only between 10:30 and 12:30 New York Time

-Minimum lot size that keeps the overall risk at 2%

-If movement does not 0ccur between the allocated times and starts giving small profit or goes 20-30 pips against me, often I bring target to entry and for those ones I come at break even

-Overall I seldom loose, but at times If I see a move has the potential to go well beyond my stoploss, then I kill it.

-I agree that it might sound awkard, but there is a lot of things I look for before killing my trade.

-I dont make mega amount of cash using this method, but have been able to get consistent results, with way fewer losses, and that has built my trading confidence.

-My philosophy is that if you are going to put 10 lots with 20 pip stoploss and that would be 1%-2% risk, why do it that way, choose 5 instances of 2 lot sizes and give yourself more room. Then if you make profit on 2 lot sizes, then plan where you want other 4 lots to go, or as the market moves in your favor, then add mroe lots.

If motion goes significantly against you with 2 lots, then forget putting the rest and see what is it gonna do, before killing it.

The bigger the stoploss, the more time you have to think and see what the market is doing and adjust your trades accordingly. For myself I have found when I switched to smaller lot sizes and bigger stoploss, I dont get that emotional on bad trades, and instead I have much more options to try to turn bad trades into good ones.

h4 is bullish.. as i said this morning pa is looking upwards.. i thought tomorrow would determine the story but i think its already done... also 1.3365 is the next level to watch for an attack on the recent highs

I have had some success with Hedging to stop bad trades, but its the last resort, and I try to stay away from it as much as I can.

74 was high..missed the price...look 20 points drop in a minute, may be a retrace for the next upswing..
