Yesterdays mid level is holding so far. It is also accompanied by a H4 S/R line. Looking to short.

I would be in favor of that too. Also, Roofx, why didn't you go long at the bottom? You called it early on, but did not pull the trigger?

Like when you see a reversal of trend? I call that a runner and even though I do scalp I am not afraid to let it run.

overall due to greek situation a very tough and choppy dax and london sessions

I was not able to get the chart, but I am referring to the double bottom at your lowest orange support line and yesterdays low. Why not go long there? This was my best trade today. It is the one I took on AU, but posted the EU chart in the thread.

No I use a fixed target when using thi method, always. A reversal of trend can't be seen until it's well in motion. So there is no way for me to predict a trend is about to reverse. I am happy scalping 5 or 10 pips per trade a few times per day with a high hit rate. It would be really nice to enter with a tight stop of -7 pips and let it run to 30+ pips but as you can see from the thread my style is to take 5-10 pips whenever there is a chance to do it and get back out of the market. I like limited market exposure. I don't want to be in a trade the next time a massive earthquake or terrorist attack happens.

The yellow support line at the very bottom was no drawn in until after it reversed because that level was not a level of recent support from the day before so the trade in the yellow circle was not a valid trade for me. I drew in the support line afterwards so that if price returnes to that level a second time I could buy as it would now be a valid support line. Where I took my trade was in the green circle because this was a nice level of support. I have drawn a green line to show the level but it extends to the previous day where the support level was created.
