what about selling on EUR/USD right now? as there is an upthrust which indicates hidden seller in the background

-One rule says that upthrusts don't work in uptrends and springs don't work in downtrends.
-Another says the trend is up in an Intraday sense so go with trend.
-And one more says there is strength in the Background (look at the ease of movement- Big markups and for the most part retaining its gains right at resistance).

So for me I will want to see some serious supply coming into the market before I budge on being a Bull.

Of course I could be wrong and you trade your own hand, I also reserve the right to get out at a moments whim and change direction! HA

In situations like this where you have a springboard forming we have to look to the left of the chart, and what we see is strength. So what we know is we have strength and now we have a consolidation period- it is hard to say if this is accumulation or distribution... we have to wait for a sign from the market.

I like to think of this as a springboard and look for several factors for price action leaving the range. I am looking for inc volume, inc spread and price to give an indication with a spring- hence springboard.

I may be looking for this but that does not mean this is what I will get, which I am very mindful of.

Judge the market by its own action- so patience is key.

I stopped and asked him what he was doing and he told me that "professional money just sent you a telegram, buy the euro!"
