a harmonic pattern on the gbp/usd on 4h time frame
ABCD pattern
so we are going short and the pair may reach 1.5555 area
and with small stop above 78.4 fib retracment

your wave C is the shortest among "trending" A, C and E. Perhaps the whole thing is unfinished zigzag abc where in wave b you have running double three (wave x is your C)

The EURUSD short squeeze is harsh. And it's not over yet. The large specs just slightly reduced their shorts. I expect wave (d) to end at 1.3820-1.3920 or 1.4215-1.4315. wave (d) is not supposed to be violent but rather slow and choppy.

I don't really see your reasoning for these bullish thrusts, maybe because I don't know much about other forms of counting (neely?). Why not wait until that triangle pattern breaks before assuming too bullish a scenario? How are you labeling that thrust up in A anyway?

yes, that's neowave count. It may take a few months until the triangle completion. The thrust up will be very powerful, price will cover a lot of territory within a short TF. It is my understanding that internal wave structure of A will depend on the type of the multi year triangular formation. If the triangle is a limiting contracting triangle (wave E ends between 09/2012-02/2014) then wave A will be impulsive wave 1. But what is the main reason to stay bearish? see infinitus post #6627 http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...01169&page=442. I agree with Markus, it was a perfect reversal point.
