I recieve tons of mail, mostly spam. So if you mail me stuff, try highlight, normally i have grave difficulty sorting out, is hard living without a Persoanal assistant. Just realised I have like nearly 10000 unread mails. Maybe if I hit 10000 , may throw a party.

Since we are on the topic of emails, I sent one to you a few months ago to see if you wanted me to send some Padma over to you. I didn't get a reply so I just assumed you weren't interested. Oh by the way, I am on my regime of excises that FuzhouMaster Sifu Huang taught me while he was alive. I found that there is a clip on it on the net.
Maybe may be useful for dsome of you. Is doing wonders for me.

But no matter, as long as you try your best do the moves , may be good for health.

If you want learn the low downs of the secrets , Sifu Huang have a legacy of numerous schools around the world. I not know how many still practise as sifu taught, the essense would probabily still survives.

I was trying some of his moves, nice flow he has although I was getting lots of cracking noises from the joints around my arms...
Looks like I need to work those joints a bit more. Oh, and my co-ordination need improving.
Should give you better alertness and energies focus.

did you watched the bruce enter the dragon clip i posted for ny.
see s leg in the right position without effert to defend and attack. If hit the right place by virtue of just being there , the gravity can burst the opponents kidneys. If not hit right spot will rearrange the opponents intestines. Off course we not want talk balls.

I need take a look at principal's financials for credit accessment.
if possible please send principals full name, and where ican access 3years audited Annual reports. At this junture their position in bavaria, is not favourable due to country risk (zone risk). So we may need explore and look into posibility name switches and trade give ups to other zones.If possible please educate me, on their structure and Platform of transactions.

I like what you wrote about force and it rings true. It is amazing what one can achieve with minimal force when applied correctly and timely. Maybe I should study some more. When the feel comes, I totally agree. It is like some magical feeling when you know it is just right. Is that when we enter the dantian?

dantian is just an energy force all humans have. It sits in the mid section just above the small intestine, about 3 fingers below your naval. Is powerful stuff if one knows how use it. Incidentally is also the center of gravity of the body. If you like "center meridian".It can be the weakest point in a person's body , or strongest.

I remember when I was learning martial art, my instructor keep reminding me to breath all the way in deep down to the dantian. Especially when we are grabbing for air after an strenous exercise. Initially, i felt more tiring doing the proper breathing... as time goes on... I literally felt the different! My body took a shorter time to recover. And the strength/power of the kicks and punches are supposedly to be initiate from the dantian.

the other is on yor left hand 3 fingers up from your wrist. is harder find because is louged in between 2 nerves. It controls all left side activities inclusive of heart. I working that very hard keep heart from getting worst.
