Two Lines and a Chart

I had to place limit orders on eurjpy and chfjoy as price got so far away from my entry by the time I checked my charts, that I didn't want to enter. Hopefully price will at least come back a little closer. I will post charts it they enter.

Well, I certainly meant to close this BS order that triggered due to not really wanting to take additional trades on Friday after the 0800 candlestick closes as per my new rule. Rule # 18, post #1. But, the market beat me to the punch abd closed my short and entered the long. I will leave it run for now and see how it goes.

I guess I should wait to adjust charts until all the entries are up to date first or the market may beat me every time !

Here is a trade that I made a lot of mistakes on, but one in which I came out on top of. It still doesn't make up for the other mistakes I made which I have come out barried in the mud, but seeing the charts based on my rules is getting easier and I juat have to remind myself not to be in a hurry to get through each pair

Another mistake I made that worked out in my favor. I have to quite doing this though. Too many times they don't work out in my favor. Perhaps I need to make a checklist that I look at for each chart.

Alright:

Well, I made more entry and exit errors this week. Nothing major. It is just getting used to everything and getting a feel for what I am looking for. I really think that I should put a checklist on my desk and I should just get in the habit of going through it for each chart while I am on a demo account.

So, a made a rule adjustment last week that helps keep me out of some bad situations. Today it worked just the opposite. Which is not a bad thing, because actually today I should have made the moves, and it was slightly different than last week. So, now in one case I stay out, but in one case I don't.

Alright. I am done here for the weekend. Everyone will be happy to know that even though I added a few things to the 1st post, I also was able to do quoite a bit of compression . For the most part, the first post is caught up to where I am at.

I will probably make a clean start with a new demo account on Monday. Half the trades I am in now are based off of things I had not taken into account yet and would not of occured, so I think it is better to just start over. I have some DR.s appointments next week, so I don't know how much I will be around. May have to restart again when I can for surely be around and get into this thing.

Okay, I have went through and updated my charts back to where I started testing this strategy, with the new additions I have made. What a difference! Wow, have I save just a ton of pips. I have a few more things to add now as well to the first page, but I am done for now. I will however upload a few charts that should be complete with the updated trading rules minus what I still need to add to the first post.

I really need to work on slowing down when I look at my charts every 4 hours to make sure that I don't miss anything this week. Though I also have some appointments that will keep me away a bit as well.

Since some things were added, I started a new demo and I already have entered the trades that I would be in at the moment that are close to the normal entry point. I won't post those chart as the entries arn't based on the rules and I don't want to confuse myself, but from here, I will post the charts of entered trades.

I think that the changes I made are extremely positive and I am really looking forward to having a nice week of trading.

All right, it is time to get caught up and post some charts with some trades.

At the moment, I am going to refrain from taking any short trades since we have closed above my line. Yes, I guess I am going to start using a few more lines .

I mimssd my original entry, came back later and was able to enter.

Also not looking to take a long swing at this point.
