counting consecutive candle highs/lows indicator?

Is there an indicator that alerts by an up arrow when there are a certain number of candles with successive highs or a down arrow with a certain number of successive lows ?

I don't mean fractal highs or lows. I mean count individual candles.

or Can someone program such an indicator ?

Great stuff.

Just 2 amendments:
1. Signal arrows from below for higher highs & signal above for lower lows.
2. Only signal arrows at the first time of this condition, repeat arrows either deleted or a different colour.

eg.Say the signal is consecutive higher highs, then the next signal for higher highs will be only after a signal for consecutive lower lows has appeared. and vice versa

Not into continually modding for new requirements after the original request so if it is not right then it is down you to change to your requirements.
