I don't think, there is any broker gives referral commission before deposit. If brokers give commission before deposit then any one create number of fraud account without deposit anything. And these accounts are not useful for broker.

i contacted many brokers they also not paying after deposited too, they are asking deposited client should reach 1 lot size to get our referral commission.
to reach 1 lot size we need to trade 500 times with 50$ is not possible
Most brokers tend to post vague promises and when the time comes to deliver on it, they usually hide behind the small print. When it comes to brokers and bonus or affiliate payments, make sure you review the details carefully.

If I remember correctly, InstaForex gives benefits to a affliate account if you refer friends to use their services. They give you a VPS to use and possibly cash benefits.

Careful of Instaforex and their bonuses. They can give up to 30% of your deposit to an IB as a deposit bonus and this is criminal.
instaforex give 30% bonus every new deposit not to the IB , IB get affiliate commission

Criminal is in my opinion. If I deposit $10,000 into a trading account, I want to know that all of my $10,000 (minus bank fees) will appear in my trading account and will not be given to someone as a bonus for getting me to deposit. I have emails where they are offering me up to 30% of a client's deposit as a bonus. It makes me wonder what kind of operation they are running where they can manipulate to their heart's content to make me lose in order to cover all of these unrealistic bonus amounts they are offering to entice the unwary and inexperienced trader into opening an account with them.

30% bonus from your referral clients deposit is myth because most of bonus is unable to withdraw
read above post we need to reach 1 lot size to withdraw that bonus is not possible 500 trades need to reach 1 lot size.
Yeah, right..30% bonus - not really surprised that they are heading down that route. It is just a matter of time before the other shoe falls and it is going to land real hard.
