It is up to you ! But if you respect the rules, the results would be exactly the same. You can start with the samllest lot as possible.

After 1 month of demo I go live and in my first day of live trading I blow off my account, 2 weeks I don`t touch forex. Till now I blow off 10 real accounts.

Now I trade demo and learn technical analysis. I can suggest a good book of technical analysis:

Technical Analysis of The Financial Markets - John Murphy.

Hi Lame, Danutz & Zebulon,
Thanks all of you for your kind advice.... I, also with my little experience, would like to start with little account, microlots, low leverage (1:50 or 1:100 at most... I prefer the first option though) and 1-2% risk....

During trading in demo account, I also use the similar set up... I've blown up few demo accounts already.... until I found this thread.... I've also lost good deal of pips initially following this strategy (failing to use it properly)...... but now 3 positions in three pairs - 3 microlots... As lame said... I was enjoying gaining pips...

I know, real world is different... when price moves opposite direction.... I can stick to the rule as it's a demo account... I think, I couldn't wait if the account would have been a real account.... so I need to develop skill and need to learn to be patient at the same time......

Thanks for the advice.... This kind of support boosts up the newbies like me....

Yes It is possible, but choose a large trailing SL, because we want to stay as longer as possible in the trend. But That is not the way i chose.

Don't you think those pairs are in the making of for a re-enter (11:40 GMT)?
EUR/JPY : Up
AUD/USD : Up
USD/CAD : Down
GBP/JPY : Up
AUD/CAD : Up

(Concerning JPY - and CHF - I only look for Up moves)

I only watch EUR/USD GBP/USD and EUR/JPY, and there was an opportunity to go long on EUR/JPY today, but the price was not far enough from the previous entry...

Price is already reached 99.285... It's a short entry, right??

N.B. 28 minutes was remaining for closing of candle..... after 15 minutes... price retraced above 99.40.... so for me.... more patience is needed.... I've not entered into a position though.... luckily... price is moving upwards on new candle... learned a good lesson... wait till the last minute.... respect the rules.... as Zebulon told several times.....I tried to obey every rule as far as I understood... I've now understood it with live experience.... finally, no entry position for eur/jpy yet....
