Oanda platform issue

The last several days my balance does not update after I close a trade. If I go into activities I can see the balance. When i open the next trade, then the balance updates. Also since this has started I can no longer manually adjust my trailing stops while in a trade. By manually I mean I used to grad the trailing bar on the chart and move it closer after I adjust my stop loss on a winning trade. Anyone else ran into this recently? This is on a live account.

I would try to delete all oanda java files from your pc, empty cache etc, then connect again, let your pc download the oanda software, maybe its a problem with corrupted java files or a version conflict of some kind.

Did you contact Oanda regarding your problem? I think, you should contact them and share your problem. They can better assist you.

But try the troubleshooting page first - they will tell you to go through it anyways, so you can tell them you have done it when you contact them and not waste more time, in case that has not solved your issue.

BTW, you should check out your account on another pc and see if the problem is still there - if so, then is most definately a problem with your pc.
