Since i like RENKO, i've been lurking here for several months and the concept of Renko mixed with THV is a good idea for a strategy, it's SWEET & SIMPLE, Good Job
so i just converted these 2 Docs to PDF to make it easier for some that don't have or use the other file format.

I have a question to all you out there.
does anyone have a trading plan that includes not only the strategy they trade but pre/post trading routines, journaling and mental analysis??
If so, can anybody say that they have followed a trading plan to the T?
Even if its a loosing system in the end has anyone followed a set off rules and traded as if they where a clerk or employed by someone to only trade particular setups like a prop trading firm would have you do if you worked in one?
Im very interested to hear what you all have...

I'm still not in profit since i began trading, but maybe one day
I noticed that using demo accounts is more profitable than real accounts. Not only because of leverage, but maybe because we are not affected by loosing or not the money. I tried to copy paste my method to real accounts => still not working.
It would be easier if i had more than 10 000€ on my account. I'm interested also about your idea i really think that trading is essentially psychologic. I try to focus on Pivot Points (intraday), they have their own logic. One time if price is under pivot, he's going to touch it to go back next, and some other time, it touch it, go threw and continue this way without coming back.
Today for example price began under pivot point, touched support 1, go back to pivot and then first resistance, for coming back to pivot point for now. Where will be the price tonight? Maybe to R1, or S1. I prefer think S1 because it often gets back to the initial way : day began under pivot. Wait and see
