Every move feels so thin, but then again some really nice moves and great chances for averaging if necessary for the nimble.

I think I'm gonna sit out till good liquidity seeps in, no point in trading if trading on thin slippery ice, no matter how nimble imo. More solid opportunities ahead.

I'm wondering if gamma trading would work in these tight ranges..Have a wonderful new years!

don't get me wrong i am not trading this thin market... this time of year is only for gamblers or for those adrenaline junkies

hahahah it's not a sin or anything bad, but having a very low volume./ liquidity price doesn't behave to its norm. Trading at this time must be very quick and short. To me as long as you know all risk parameters and have a sound mindset, you can get lots of pips. overstaying your exposures is a killer, so extra careful and vigilant.

For those who find it hard to come to grips w/ feelung the mkt, curtis has a good book called trading from the gut. He also talks about flexibility, contingency ect. Good read imo. Just make sure you ubderstand that his method is different from fti, but i can see similar messages.

this is why we learn tech analysis for reading the mkt, but we use feel to determine flow. When in balance and no bias to block feel, we are using left and right brain, where right brain is much faster. This might explain fti's bicam mind thing. His rifht brain is supercharged decision maker and his left brain lags a bit trying to confirm right brain feel.
