DislikedHi PIN Trader,
Your post contains multiple inaccuracies about FXCM, though this may be from reading other forums where those inaccuracies were posted. A Q&A about what occurred can be found here http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...83#post4867883 .
All FXCM clients have the benefit of receiving positive slippage on NDD forex execution dependent on liquidity, and we provide stats on positive/negative slippage here http://docs.fxcorporate.com/faq/slippage-statistics.pdf . It's something every trader should...Ignored

DislikedThe biggest offenders so far are FXCM, MBTrading and Oanda, so the million dollar question is why?
I do know its not account specific so why freeze all clients at once? (not that its right to do so to even 1).
I can also understand market makers doing this, but why would ECN/STP brokers do it?Ignored
DislikedIf it is real ECN, it is not in their best interest to do that. If you see such things often and you suspect they are not natural, it just means that they are not real ECN, hence are trading against you. And if they are trading against you, they don't really want you to win.

anyway one can blame traders internet connection what is more easy
if this happans when you are in significant profit
this is clear indication of predator
close your acct not to remain a prey
and pay back to such a bastard posting your findingsIgnored
DislikedIs it the brokers doing this or is it something in metatrader itself? Just trying to understand it more.Ignored

DislikedThey all do it. Perhaps one reason for having a low deposit; I say.
It works like this. You bid mostly buy for couple days and the market generally was going sell. By the third day it is on a buy mode then you computer freezes by drowning. How wonderful!
Reducing the the max bar in history in the tool/option menu probabily help.Ignored
DislikedBut why do ECNs do that? They are aggregators, which means that the more lots their clients trade, the more comission they get. I'd believe if retails clients were f*cked that way cause ECN is a counterparty during such trading. But what about bigger ones?Ignored
