DislikedWhilst No Demand is an excellent arrow to have in the quiver, it should not be the only one.
What other signs of weakness (SOW) do you use for entry signals? Do you enter with weakness in the background when you see a Failed Test? Do you jump in after a Trap Up Move? What about an up interval that closes in the middle on increasing volume?
Based on the chart below, and not necessarily my interpretation of it, would you be short, and if so based on what?Ignored
Based on your chart, after price entering the Supply Zone with Climatic Action (Effort to Rise but with No Up Result), followed with UpThrust, I would start to look for a Short.
SOW would be the Effort to Rise with No Result, and the UpThrust into a Supply Zone.
My Possible Short entries:
(1) At the Supply (Sqrt) bar as price goes up from the Shake Out, then on the Supply (Sqrt) bar it closed Down near the middle.
UpThrust area may be the Stop Loss.
(2) Last bar showing Effort To Fall, wait for future Up Bars where prices that go near the Open of this bar, and then falls quickly would be my next entry short.
