I believe PA is bearish, but market is not giving us the confidence to short.

and besides that, the level of EURUSD is below as we had last weeks, so we can say in short term, the pair is cheap.

Yes, mostly that is what i have been talking about. We had Bullish divergence on h4. That pushed the priced up. BUT we ALWAYS want to look at HIGHER timeframe if we trade 1 particular timeframe.

So what has been happening is. We had a push UP to test 3450. Remember 50, 80s and 20s are ALWAYS s/r levels. Then BEARISH divergence on daily tanked the price.

SO we are having a retest of 3350 with possibilities to further decline as MOMENTUM on higher TF has been increasing. Ill post a chart.

Yes Aussie proved good for shorting. This chart shows where I would have posted If i took the trade. Clear chart with MACD retracement trading.

Meanwhile i may workout levels on Aussie each morning as I do for EURUSD.

Yes Raza, EU bearish 3413 is the median. Above that bulls can have their levels but it seems they are hard stopped.

Now look at this. We have DOUBLE HIDDEN BEARISH DIVERGENCE on DAILY which i have been warning for a couple of days.

Entry is confirmed when TL is broken ( remember 12 candle configuration rule so it could mean 12 days) and additional confirmation is stochastic cross.

The only drawback of FULL DOWNFALL is h4 BULLISH divergence that is PUSHING the price up and that is mainly due to EU summit and fundies.

Told you, good strategy was playing both directions and shorting the tops. I mean you can never miss good shorts when you have bearish ( especially hidden) divergence on daily Timeframe.

you know...when volatility is low and no real momentum pips is pips no matter what.

Now many would say: "T@ta isnt it wronf to close the trade not letting the winners run?"

I would say....

Look at the time..Its 16 gmt. Profit taking is taking place usually between 15-16 GMT. SO if you close the trade just prior to sessions end it ALWAYS OK.

I would say that its not ok if you close the good WINNING trade which has an excellent potential for further gains in the MOMENTUM peak and that is usually between 9.30-11.30 GMT( especially) and 14.00-15.30 GMT.

Yes mate..there are many styles of trading...and we need to know when to apply certain styles.

Scalp, Swing, Counter Swing, Intraday or mid term 4h trading..

Now it is the time for scalp trades. 5-30 pips at the most per trade, scaling out at important levels or scaling in close to SL.

Good,well always good to admit you are wrong. Because telling to yourself and admitting t publicly will only make u look more professional.
