Short Gold. Rejection from supply zone, lower subsequent high and sellers seem to have more momentum.

shorted EU when i thought it is at a supply zone (could be wrong)
this 3419-3436 zone was used as supp and resst for many many times.
px was approaching it and i shorted, but after a few bars, not much movement, even though it seems to have hit a wall but the movement back down was so slow and lethargic so i bailed.
1) so just want to ask, is it becoz px has visited it too many times, and the uptrend line actually shows that supply is gradually consumed hence the higher lows?
2) other than a opposite PA pattern, like a bullish engulfing for example to tell u the party's over, is it effective to use time stops as well? such as if after a lot of bars, px seems to be stagnant and we bail, or shld we simply hang on?

Good morning guys, I'm looking to short the e/u today as it enters a supply level on the daily chart. The supply level appears to be hit at the same time on eur index aswell and a certain demand level is hit on the usd index, both of these on the daily charts.
Short EU, evidence of selling at one very juicy looking supply zone. Going for 20 pips or so, but might leave some on and go for a bigger move. see what happens
