Hey red, your grasp of PA and SD really interests me, do you have some time to maybe explain some of this? So basically you look for pin bar and engulfing pattern using 15M charts then zoom into 5M for entries? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

notice how many cross hair dojis on chart, not a surprise we have one NFP eve

when traders often say ..... its a shakeout, this is what it looks like. The upper and lower wicks are almost identical hence this candle is referred to as a cross hair. So, shakeout means, you will not beable to hold either a buy or a sell for any real period of time


often you will find diamonds within the daily cross hairs which is a common price formation used and constructed to take you out the market in both directions trapping retail funds then resolves quickly

Yes sir! I still have to decide what to do with open positions, or where to close. My gut tells me to close all and sit on my hands and take a fade trade. There is all sorts of bad things that can happen..wipsaw slipping slap happy shit!

What whould be your method, I wonder? Your allot way quicker than I..

l have minors open on EU and cable, l actually feel like closing them too or wait for london open to decide, if you have current positions open and are positive near your entry values l say bank them, we will have triangles all over the market as its NFP eve. Its actaully a very safe time to scalp only, not hold a position, will range all through asia since its NFP eve

I think all I do is fade shit lol

Depends on the mood of the participants then I'll be fading supply/demand zones as well as stops of those participants in the direction of their sentiment

Hi Red this is my first post on this thread, many thanks for the instruction I have received from all your posts, and the posts of the Red team.

My attempt at contributing is this, I welcome all comments, please bear with me I lack a lot of computer skills re posting and attachments etc. I realise the risk reward in this trade is bad and that another GBP USD chart has been posted this is in part a practice run to get me going.
