Big spikes for now reason

Can pairs do big spikes for no reason? For some reason the eur/usd pair and gbp/usd pair made a big bullish spike and I tried to find the news for it and couldn't find any information about it.

Could you specify which spike were talking about.

There's usually a reason, technical or fundamental, but without knowing which one you're talking about. It's hard to take a look.

4 majors got spikes and i dont see any news releases yet. take a look ...do u know the reason ?

Dunno much about it too i wonders all day what moves it this much my friend told me it caused by EU customer spending, some says it caused by simply technical in daily chart with uptrend in strong support moves since 2/27/2006 till 4/14/2006 he said draws trend line there and u find the reason for it

but i still wonders...

Yeah they can move for no reasons on Holidays and Weekend days, very little volume and big players can push it around. Today is Easter holiday.
