You seem to be trying to make a point here, but I'm not sure why.

I make a very good living as a trader, but my account balance and trading stats are my own business and I do not share that information with anyone (except the US IRS -- LOL). But for the record, I stopped targeting daily pips a while back; I do not trade at 100% accuracy; and, I said I do not risk more than 2% per tade (most of the time in the 1% to 1.5% range).

I think it's a mistake to assume too much about my trading, my margin account, and my MM. The main idea in this topic for me is: "risk small, win big".

I've posted some real-time trading here and, a few times, on my journal. One of the things that I try to do is keep the 1-2% at risk. So, on the entry of a trade, I am risking 1%; when I'm up 1%, I protect the entry price, risking the 1% gained thus far in the trade; when I'm up 2%, I protect the entry price+1%, and so on. The actual numbers never work out exactly like that, but it approximates what's going on in my head. Once it gets going, I can add to the opening position with other trades, (I think one of the key differences between new traders and experienced traders is that experienced traders love retracements -- lol) keeping an eye on my margin account so as not to over do it.

The downside of this approach is that it often leave little room to rescue a trade that is poorly timed, but I do rescue from time to time. I know that some of this is not part of fti's teachings, but the stuff that I've added to my trading from fti's teachings contribute greatly to my success.
