Professionally this how define retail in forex.

3 factors.

1. If you deal less that $2 usd million per ticket deal. Then you retail.
Because 2 million usd is accepted market minimum requirement to call a bank for a price to deal.

2. to be able call a bank deal direct , you need have institution credit limits setup. In dealing circles is called "lines" ie line of credit. It defines what tier each is by the maximum one can deal direct.

3. You are retail, if you non market making and have no ability spar prices.
In laymen terms means if you can call me for a price deal 50 million , i expect you can make me price for me hit you 50 million as well.Is reciprocal.

From all the 3 factors.
I will say that if i can make you price deal at 1.3000/02 and you sell me at 1.3000. If i can next make price deal at 1.3050/52, then i am primary market. Unless you have same capability quote me otherwise, then you user, ie retail.

get it clear?
If you don't believe.
Just go any bank's treasury and check with any dealer.
Even the most junior can help you with the info.

I suggest that we be kind to outsiders and new comers and not bring into the discussion or questioning their personality or dignity, lets people be themselves, we never know what is behind their words, because most of the times we do not know what is behind ours.

All is same to me just market participants.

Maybe you can help me define insiders and outsiders?
For me only have friends, and some of them in much much troubled minds.

Mature? You mean old. huum

If you are in continuous expansion (farting) you will not see outsiders or insiders and that is good.

But the outsider or newcomers will perceive more the hostility than the one that has been part of the group for a while.

That is why in my universe hospitality is sacred. We welcome the one that we have not communicating before, I know we are all friend, but a little more grace is dedicated to those and specially to the ones that we think are
more in need. In brief, compassion. This is the only way forward.

Wonder if the drinkhole at the Shang is still flowing the barrels.
Heard they followed the chicks to Sultan mohd street.
I prefer at pinacales or compass rose, was wonderful thee.
Every meal was like writing a ticket.

Ya was wonderful, with everyone else fighting picking up the tab.

do you know what candle charting is?
is just skeleton bar charts with colour.
if you zoom in on bar charts enough, you will see the same things
only no colour.
but no colour is also a colour, if you trained your eyes well enough.
I guess everyone prefers his geisha have makeup.

It's been a long time since I party in those places you mentioned. Nowadays, I am busier dancing with the lady

With my newly wedded wife, I think it would be much tougher to get my visa

You must have been a real party animal then.... No?

what bill? there's no such things as bills, if you have brokers around. Wonder why they're everywhere. Before you can sit down already bottles and bottles of favourite whiskey appears on table like geinies.

I may not be profitable yet in this business but ... not just yet. the way i read conceptual's ranting -- remind me of my old pedagodgy professor, a loveless & gay; very the same in a sense that he loves to question almost everything... even the very existence of a being. I am just thinking is he really for real?

People can talk just fine, but not all of them got the balls to show to public.
