And again price failed to close below DPP and my median point. So longs are again in play.

Damn Oanda gave me worse entry then I wanted.

Can you not define the amount of slippage you are willing to tolerate?

Do you trade out of MT4?

I would never do that. It is OK for charting, but I would never use it for serious trading, because the platform is designed for cheating.

That is the reason Dukascopy, as an true ECN broker, has not implemented Metatrader......

i've never had issues with requotes with oanda using their native platform. what did piss me off was the huge spreads at odd times so i have since moved on

Even then ... while NYSE is under pressure again ...

I rarely have had any problems with other brokers mostly ECN, really Oanda know how to cheat...

No its not requotes. I click at the price, and the execution is slow...

Admiral markets have a way better execution.

Heard the mt4 integration with oanda has not same performance as the native platform

hello everyone!

Here is what i see...

If above 1.3528 ( I.E 1.3517 +10PIPS) again by a pip it goes back to 1.3550 upto 1.3577..If above 1.3587 then 1.3670 is in the picture...

I am feeling Bearish ..expecting a new low....untill all the above levels are reached...I remain bearish.

there seems to be an untested level at 1.3501 and a minor demand level,

I will add another short if @ 1.3527 with a tight stop of 15 pips..( Daily Candle will be a hammer @ 1.3527)

I put Oanda mt4 side by side with the original Oanda fxtrade and there is latency. Almost a second behind. If you have screen space you can arbitrage the discrepancy by taking visual ques from fxtrade while manually executing on mt4.

EURUSD, Daily, 2011 November 22
EURJPY, Daily, 2011 November 22

I trade M1/M5 and wait for a bigger breakout outside the Daily Range.

An analytical error could be that the EURJPY has shaped a daily pos. divergence with regard to the correlation table EURUSD/EURJPY or so.

So it's not the time for me to trade the higher time frames.

Sudden abrupt price movements at M30/H1 seems more likely.

I tend to trade other currency pairs more than the EURUSD at the time.

Exactly, latency is big as there is a sort of lag.

hmmm

isn't the AUDUSD stopping at this level for one complete day after dropping more than 200 pips the previous day .
and while its screaming sell and has all the momentum it didn't make new low! .

and even after the needless rehertic I saw about one trade which entirely means nothing either if its in plus or minus . because supposedly we are way passed this kind of arguments .

doesn't the fact about market behaviour for today teaches us again the pure essence of the market basic component of buyers and sellers .

isn't the different views what drives the chart ?
